The Smith family (our friends from Dony's work here in Texas) invited our family to spend an awesome weekend with them in thier cabin on 600 acres in Oklahoma. It was an all-new experience for all of us--Michelle's favorite part was going for a night time 4 wheel experience (yes in the dark!) in the MULE ( a beefy golf-cart looking thing used for hunting) The MULE was so tough, we went up and down steep hills, and even over 6 foot tall trees! Better than Disneyland! We jumped over Hay Bales, studied spiders, went for mule rides, shooting, boating, fishing, and lots of great food! There are several ponds (like small lakes if you ask me) Old structures from the 1800's are on the property, and the kids also enjoyed playing video games (also a new experience for them!)
